Mesh nodes & Wi-Fi extenders
Dead spots in your building? These edge nodes extend your existing network without their own fibre connection: they link to your main network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and broadcast Wi-Fi from there.
How to choose?
- Wi-Fi generation — Wi-Fi 6 for most situations, Wi-Fi 7 for extra throughput and many concurrent users.
- Uplink method — connect via Ethernet cable for the most stable link, or wirelessly (mesh) when cabling isn't practical; every node in this range supports both.
- Number of ports — check there are enough LAN ports to connect devices on the spot.
